How fast can we get set up?
Typically a few days depending on your lead sources. We aim for fast onboarding—exact timeline depends on integrations; we'll confirm on the demo.
Do you integrate with our CRM?

What's included in the pilot?
We start with your lead sources, templates, and routing rules. During the pilot we plug in your forms and ADF/XML leads, set up instant SMS and email responses, and give your team a 'who to call next' queue.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't do generic self-serve trials. Instead, we run a focused 7–14 day pilot with your real leads so you can see the impact on response time and contact rate.
Do you replace our CRM or DMS?
No. VENTRIX sits on top of your existing CRM/DMS. We focus on capturing every lead, responding instantly, and making sure your team follows up consistently.
What payment methods do you accept?
We typically invoice monthly by card or ACH. For higher-touch plans we can align billing with your dealership's accounting process.
Can we start with one rooftop?
Yes. Most groups start with a single store, then roll out to additional rooftops once they see the lift in response and contact rates.
